Gwendolyn Harleston is a results-driven Executive with over 20 years of multi-faceted experience within public organizations providing strong and decisive leadership in the areas of Human Resources Management, EEO/AA, Employee Relations, and Supplier Diversity. Ms. Harleston has developed comprehensive EEO, Title VI, Supplier Diversity, and Diversity and Inclusion Programs, including effective internal EEO and Title VI investigations processes and reporting systems.  She has also participated as the project manager for several supplier diversity compliance systems.
